Watts Road Investments, LLC has received Firm Commitment on a 228 Class A+ luxury apartment community to be located in the exclusive town of Farragut, TN. Construction is expected to begin in early July 2020 with a completion date of mid 2022. The $35M+ FHA loan will provide additional housing opportunities in a community that is ripe for the high end housing product this project will provide. Newmark Knight Frank originated the loan and will also service. MSI has been selected to manage the property with development expertise being provided by D&S Housing Group, an affiliate entity of MSI.
